StanCraft Construction Group is a commercial general contractor for healthcare, retail, office, hospitality, industrial and multi-family projects across North Idaho, Eastern Washington and northwest Montana. Healthcare construction
Healthcare is the hardest commercial work in this market and the work we do most. Surgery centers, imaging suites, urgent care, specialty clinics and medical office buildings, including multiple projects for Northwest Specialty Hospital: the surgery center, the MRI and CT suite, the multi-office building and the Athol urgent care. We have also built River City Urology, Aligned Family Chiropractic and Cambium Spa.
Medical work carries requirements most contractors meet once. Infection control during construction, negative-pressure containment, medical gas, shielded imaging rooms, and phasing so a clinic keeps seeing patients while the wall behind them comes down. We plan for those in pre-construction rather than discovering them at framing.
Retail, office and hospitality
Ground-up buildings and tenant improvements for restaurants, retail, offices and hospitality, including Meyers Market, Upgrade Labs and Parallel 47. Occupied-space TI work is scheduled around the tenant's business, not around our convenience.
Industrial and pre-engineered structures
Manufacturing, warehouse, service and hangar buildings, including Fab 2, the Gee Service Building and the CDA National hangar. Pre-engineered metal buildings when the budget calls for one, detailed so the finished building does not look like a kit.
Multi-family and mixed-use
Condominiums, townhomes and mixed-use development including Atlas Waterfront, Woodrun Condos, Canopy Village and 4th and Birch. We work with developers from feasibility through closeout.

Construction management
We join the team during design, hold the budget and schedule, and manage the trades on the owner's behalf. Best fit when the program is still moving.
Design-build
One contract for design and construction. Fewer handoffs, one point of accountability, and a faster path from decision to permit.
General contracting
Traditional hard-bid or negotiated general contracting from a completed set of drawings.
Pre-construction
Conceptual estimating, constructability review, site due diligence and schedule modeling before you commit capital.
