General Contractor in Hayden, Idaho
Hayden is not a service area for StanCraft Construction Group. It is where we work from. Our headquarters is at 2936 W Dakota Ave, and a significant share of what we have built in the last few years is inside the city limits or a short drive from them. That matters more than it sounds: the superintendent running your job is not commuting in from another market, and the subcontractors on it are the ones we work with every week.
What we have built in Hayden
Parallel 47, a commercial project completed in 2023. The CDA National hangar at Coeur d'Alene Airport, an industrial build with the span and clear height an aviation facility needs. Fab 2, a manufacturing and fabrication building. And the Wine Bunker, a residential project that is still one of the more unusual builds we have done. Different building types, same crew, same town.
Hayden and Kootenai County have their own inspectors, their own review timelines and their own subcontractor pool. A contractor who has run twenty jobs here knows things a contractor new to the county will learn on yours. That is not marketing, it is just how permitting and scheduling work in a growing market.

Commercial and retail
Office, retail, hospitality and mixed-use, delivered as construction management, design-build or general contracting. Tenant improvements included. We price during design rather than after it, so the value-engineering conversation happens while changes are still cheap.
Industrial and pre-engineered structures
Hangars, fabrication and manufacturing space, warehousing and pre-engineered metal buildings. The Coeur d'Alene Airport corridor north of town is a large part of what we do, and hangar work carries requirements around clear span, door systems and fire protection that ordinary shell construction does not.
Custom residential
Custom homes on Hayden Lake and through the surrounding area, including waterfront work where the shoreline and dock need planning alongside the house. StanCraft Marine Construction handles that side inside the same family of companies.
