A boat builder's standard, applied to a house
StanCraft has built wooden boats since 1933. A hull is unforgiving work. Every joint shows, every measurement is final, and the finish gets inspected from six inches away by someone who paid for it. Construction Group holds custom homes to that same standard, because it is the only one the company knows.
In practice that means fewer projects at a time, superintendents who are on site rather than on a phone, and a punch list that gets closed instead of negotiated.
Gozzer Ranch and Black Rock
StanCraft Construction Group is a premier builder at Gozzer Ranch and at Black Rock on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Both communities run their own design review, construction windows and site protocols, and a builder who has not worked inside them learns those rules the expensive way. We already know them.
Building at Gozzer or Black Rock means coordinating with club architecture committees, working within seasonal construction calendars, and protecting neighboring properties and shoreline throughout. Our Gozzer Residence project is one example of that work.

Flathead Lake and the Montana side
Lakeside, Somers, Bigfork, Whitefish and Kalispell, run out of our Main Street office in Kalispell. StanCraft started on this lake in 1933.
How a custom home with us actually goes
Most owners come to us with an architect already chosen, or ask us to help find one. We price the concept during design instead of after it, so the budget conversation happens while drawings can still change. From there it is a fixed team through completion, a schedule you can hold us to, and a walkthrough that ends with the house finished rather than nearly finished.
