Post Falls sits between Coeur d'Alene and the Washington line, and it has grown into one of the busiest construction markets in Kootenai County. StanCraft Construction Group works here out of our Hayden headquarters, about fifteen minutes up the road. What we have built in Post Falls
River City Urology, a medical office project completed in 2023. Aligned Family Chiropractic, a clinical fit-out completed the same year. Both are healthcare projects, and healthcare is the hardest commercial work in this market because the building usually has to keep operating while you build in it.
Post Falls runs its own permitting and inspection process, separate from Coeur d'Alene and separate from the county. Timelines, submittal requirements and the review queue are not the same across those jurisdictions. A schedule that assumes they are is a schedule that slips.

Occupied healthcare work runs under an infection control risk assessment, which means real containment, negative air pressure, HEPA filtration and debris routes that never cross a patient corridor. Commercial and tenant improvements
Retail, office, hospitality and mixed-use, plus tenant improvements in occupied buildings. Delivered as construction management, design-build or general contracting depending on what the project actually needs.
Industrial and multi-family
Light industrial, warehousing, pre-engineered metal buildings and multi-family. The Post Falls and Rathdrum corridor has absorbed a lot of both, and the schedule pressure that comes with a fast-growing market is exactly where a contractor who prices honestly during pre-construction earns their fee.
